Worst outfits by our K-pop girlies

Despite having been trained and equipped with expert knowledge in fashion there are still times stylists of many K-pop groups not only downgraded the reputation but also worsened the chic and pretty public image of many idols.

1.   Red Velvet dum-dum stage at M Countdown in 2015.

While SM Entertainment is one of the most powerful houses in the k-pop industry the company seemingly has never been able to afford a proper stylist for red velvet.

During the dum-dum era, the girls once got the whole internet shook for wearing pairs of jeans that couldn't be any more ragged, besides the beggar jeans, the group also confused people with the colourful tights that only have one side

 2.            TWICE’s Jeongyeon

While TWICE has had multiple comebacks, most of the time, Jeongyeon always stood out in the most unflattering way because of her outfits. Once, the stylists made her wear a grey sleep dress that couldn’t look any more boring. While the whole group was dressed in super flattering clothes, Jeongyeon was completely swallowed in the so-called dress with no curves, no highlights, no patterns and just no nothing. Just take a look at Chaeyong and then return to Jeongyeon, you’ll see how she was completely ignored by the stylists when the only accessory worn on her body was a pair of tiny earrings and the bob hair that received no styling.

At another event the rest of the group gave off a bright and youthful vibe with short and graceful dresses which showed off their legs, shoulders and collarbones, Jeongyeon suddenly appeared in an unnecessarily discreet black dress that covered her whole figure. However, this wasn't the worst part because when looking from the side, you’ll spot two circular cut-outs that looked more like two rips.

3.           BLACKPINK Lisa

While there was no doubt about Lisa’s visuals, unfortunately, some of the stage costumes she had to wear looked extremely questionable.

For instance, the dress Lisa wore at BlackPink’s first-ever online concert was extremely

confusing. The stylists did Lisa badly and turned her into a furry bacteria with two giant balls completely covering her model figure. Many fans expressed their displeasure at what Lisa had to wear that night and even compared the outfit with a cabbage.

If you go on Google and search “Why has Lisa always got the worst outfits?” you’ll see lots of results discussing the same thing and especially for comments pointing out all the bad outfits that she has had to wear.

 4.           Hyuna

Back in 2009, 4-minute performed their song ‘Music', during that performance, Hyuna’s

the miniskirt was spotted constantly going up, what makes it even worse is that Hyuna was only 17 at the time, causing netizens to criticize her stylist for giving her such a short dress.
