K-drama fashion that makes me feel extra broke.

K-drama plots may be interesting, but sometimes it’s the visuals that contribute to their
successes. For today’s list, it’s the fashion that makes the show.
1. It's Okay To Not Be Okay (2020)
It has a good cast and an amazing plot that depicts people suffering from trauma and mental health issues. But another element crucial to the series’ success has to be the female lead’s fashion style.
We first catch her in an all-black ensemble, showcasing her cold yet elegant personality. Her black stilettos from Jimmy Choo with delicate tulle and bow details are also not a joke.
Her clothes range from bow sleeves, ruffles, to multiple
embellishments, which highlight her shoulders giving the idea that she’s not
someone to be messed with. She also flaunts her flashy corsets, boasting a more
classic style. She adorns all styles of clothes, from cute to sexy, from flashy
to classy. In a sense, these outfits directly reflect her character as she is
using her clothes as armours.
2. Hotel Del Luna (2019)
As the head of a hotel of ghosts for more than 1000 years,
The female lead is a strong woman. Thus, her sense of fashion is timeless and
regal, including muted and colour pops. A thousand years means a lot of fashion
style and the styling team has completely nailed the look. While her outfits
are updated over time, she still exudes a classic aura with high collars, puffy
sleeves, hats, and a jewellery collection worth drooling over. Even her more
modern clothes have a charm of their own.
3. Vincenzo (2021)
Now, a fashion party should not be limited to the ladies
alone, and so we also have the fine gentleman Vincenzo rocking his fits. Raised
in Italy by a mafia family, Vincenzo has a bold Italian fashion style. He came
back to his homeland South Korea with an extremely dashing look, in a
double-breasted suit with light grey tones. Accompanying the suit is a Hublot
Big Bang Unico King Gold watch, a hint to Vincenzo’s not-so-normal status. And
ever since, we constantly see this male character flaunt his styles in
expensive suits, all made from high-quality fabrics with a taste of Italian
tailors. His suits can range from mysterious dark tones to lighter beiges,
reflecting what moods the audience see him in.
